Terms of Service

Language of Agreement

This Agreement is executed in the English language. In the event this Agreement is translated into any other language for convenience or reference purposes, the English language version shall strictly prevail and govern in the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or inconsistency between the English version and the translated version.

01Purchases & Non-Refundable Policy

  • Every vote cast on the platform is permanently recorded on the blockchain.
  • All votes and Gifts are final. They cannot be reversed, modified, or refunded under any circumstances (All Votes are Final & Non-Refundable).

02Age Requirements

  • The platform allows users aged 13 and above to access the service, divided into Junior Mode (ages 13-17) and Premium Mode (ages 18 and above) for safety.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase Gifts via credit card or Apple/Google Pay.
  • Users under 18 years old must obtain explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian before making any in-app purchases.
  • If it is discovered that an underage user has circumvented or falsified their birth date to make financial transactions, their account will be suspended immediately, and all votes resulting from those transactions will be deemed void.

03Chargeback Policy

  • Initiating a chargeback or requesting a bank refund is considered a severe violation of the Fair Play rules. If such an action occurs, the user's account will be permanently banned immediately.
  • Any votes or Gifts associated with the charged-back transaction will be immediately deducted from the artist's total score.

04Anti-Bot & Fair Play

  • The use of automated programs (bots), scripts, or any fraudulent actions in voting is strictly prohibited.
  • If the security system detects fraudulent activity, the offending account will be permanently banned, and all votes will be confiscated immediately without any refund under any circumstances.

05Free Gifts & Quests

  • Free Gifts obtained from completing daily quests are valid for 7 days after receipt. Unused points will expire.
  • All free votes will be counted 100% alongside purchased Gifts to unlock campaign goals and billboard rewards.

06Campaign Winners & Rewards

  • In the event of an exact tie in the final score, the platform will determine the winner based on the "Timestamp" on the blockchain. The artist who reaches the target score "first" will be officially declared the winner.
  • Campaign winners must reach a minimum threshold of 2,000,000 Gifts.
  • If the minimum voting threshold is not met, VegaVote reserves the right to withhold the billboard reward (Times Square) and will instead promote the artist via the platform's online media (or roll the votes over as a bonus for the next campaign, at the team's discretion).
